I caught whatever the lo had. I'm exhausted, feel terrible and can't see doing supper tonight. It's bad enough that I have to get everything ready for a birthday party tomorrow feeling like this.
Any ideas for a quick and easy supper so maybe I can get some kind of nap or something? We're dairy, egg, wheat/gluten, coconut, tree nut, peanut and strawberry free. (Not sure why I mention the last one but hey.) Shellfish and fish free too.
DH doesn't cook. The extent of his culinary skills is to boil water for pasta and pour pre-made sauce over.

Yeah, so I postponed his party. Don't feel so freaked out now.

I wish I could help... I just have no creative food ideas anymore.

How about chicken and rice......and some sort of veggie (raw or cooked)?
Could totally just boil (or bake) the chicken and the rice......and the veggie.

(BTW - meal planning isn't necessarily one of my strengths!)

I think we're going to give in to the pizza monster. This is why we paid $$$ for a case of Amy's pizza which ds1 can eat, after all- for "emergencies".
DH is capable of reading and following directions of how to bake a pizza.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone.
Tomorrow I'm going to throw a chicken in the crockpot and steam some of the cauliflower and broccoli I bought for his party.
