My 4.5yo ds has quite a bit of decay. At his last checkup he 5 cavities, all of which have been filled. Now he has sores in his mouth. He says they hurt so he won't brush his teeth. We got a script for some anesthetic to put on the sores but he won't even try it. What can I do? He gets these sores often.
