I was at Target tonight and they have a special sale on 1 dozen washcloths that are bundled together. Originally $2.99 on-sale $2.09. Check the end caps in the linens departments.

I picked some of these up the other day...I pulled out the white ones to use for normal use and the green ones are going to be used during my water birth, in case they get dirty, it wont show as much!

Funny, I bought all white ones so I could bleach them after the birth!

Well, see now, that makes sense and i simply didnt think of that! I guess I could always just trash the green ones, but there were more of them than the whites....we will see I guess Im hoping not to get any of them too entirely dirty since ill be in the water and will be using them mainly up top.

OK, so is there a consensus that white would be better? I am not even pregnant right now (that I know of) but am hoping for an HBAC next time. I have already bought the fishy pool on clearance and I am stopping by Target tonight so I thought I would purchase some washcloths to put away. I know exactly the ones you are talking about because I got some of the coral/salmon/white colored ones for DD's bathroom. The greens would work just as well in her bathroom (jungle themed with coral and teal towels) so I could get a couple packs and use them all up accordingly (dd likes to play with washcloths in the bathtub).

For me, white + bleach is just easier than trying to get stains out of colors...by no means is this a group consensus~

These hold up incredibly well. I've been using them as my stash of un-paper towels for several years now. They get used and abused and are still in great condition. Every other brand I bought has fallen apart.

They remind me of hotel linens...the same texture. They absorb like crazy and are a little "rougher" so they clean better!

I was at the Target by my house last night and they were back up to 2.99 there.

The fishy swimming pools were down to 5$ though, so I got a spare and an electric pump for 5$ (so we don't have to use the car one).
