i never drank coffee on a regular basis, ever.

my last pregnancy however, i started drinking it every day. i get horrible nausea every single minute of the 9 months, and somehow i noticed that coffee would help me feel much better for a few hours.

well, a little less than 2 years later i have gained 100 pounds and my adrenals are shot. chronic fatigue, fat around my middle, depression, anxiety, memory loss, literally can't get off the computer/couch most days because i can't make myself.

i'm on a depression med (for almost a year) which helps a little, but eating TF doesn't affect/heal me at all. i was eating TF for 1 year before starting coffee, and whole foods for 5 years before that, SAD before that.

it is so hard for me to quit coffee. i've done it for like 2 weeks at a time, then i reverse. i also have IBS from it.

coffee is the devil for me. no matter what supplements are out there, etc -- i can't get the motivation to keep them up, and i keep relying on the coffee. IT SUCKS.

i'm undergoing extensive hormone testing just this week finally! i'm hopeful.
