I have severe eczema though my BF baby has none....thank goodness! Can I cure myself without...

The backstory: I've had eczema my whole life...it was never really bad...it would just come and go over the years...though did use steroid creams frequently(not knowing how bad they were!) Well, after the birth of my daughter - had to be induced with pitocin(but was crazy enough to go epidural free ) and then she had a scary first week in NICU - I've had my face/arms/neck COVERED in eczema ever since. I've tried Aquaphor, lanolin, calendula creams, even hydrocortisone in a brief moment of insanity.... and NONE of it has worked.
I've gone gluten free for nearly two weeks now and wondering if I should cut out dairy too? Thinking yes.

My dd doesn't have eczema...so will me trying to clear up my own cause her to get it? I plan on ordering some Kirkman Pro-Gold to help heal my gut. I have HVCLO and take around 10,000 IU a day of that...is that enough?

Any ideas would SO appreciated!
Thanks!

I'd definitely stop the dairy as well. Is the kirkman pro-gold an enzyme? If not, I'd suggest getting an enzyme. Enzymedica gold digest is good and allergy free. I almost think that much CLO might be too much, not sure. Go to the weston A. Price foundation website - they have the amounts you can take, including a higher amount to take for a month or so when healing. Actually, my doc had told me it is difficult to OD on food - your body will take what it needs and leave the rest. But CLO is expensive, so why take more than you need?

I never had any eczema until after the birth of my first. It was mild and went away. Then I got really severe eczema after the birth of my 2nd, and it finally went away. Then after my 3rd and it was terrible, and she has it too and food allergies as well. And mine didn't go away until I got help - enzymes, CLO, off of wheat/dairy/corn/soy/eggs...

Best wishes mama, heal your self so baby isn't getting undigested proteins in your milk. My lo didn't get her eczema until she was about 6 weeks old, and it continued to worsen daily until we got the right help.
