It's crazy... 6th day of a modified TED and the rash is almost gone. It was actually getting worse and then overnight... *poof* gone. Big sigh of relief.
Even more relieved because I was not eating any meat for the first 5 days of the TED because I had reason to suspect that meat proteins might have been causing issues so I only introduced ground turkey yesterday and so far, so good. I hope it stays that way.
So now what should I do? How long do I wait before adding something else? The typical 3-4 days or should I give it longer since I am worried about the meats?

(Can't help with the questions, as I am new at this, and only dealing with a few allergies.)
And it really is totally helpful. Now if only I had really understood how to analyze poo this whole time I think I'd be a few steps further. But oh well... I don't think I truly know what poo is supposed to look like. Since the turkey introduction I've noticed mucus and watery poos... but honestly, I don't know if it was like that before or not. I am out of turkey so I'm going to avoid it again for a few days and see if I actually notice a change in the poo. And the bum rash came back a bit more too. Baby steps
