Ped. Dentist Woes

My 19 month-old son has cavities on his front teeth. Those same teeth have a thick white horizontal line near the gums and have a few indentations too. As a child, I had weak enamel and my mother had to literally paint my teeth with fluoride to protect them. I strongly suspect that this is the case with my son too. However, my pediatric dentist insists that the damage to his teeth is due to breastfeeding and I simply don't agree. I have found so many arguments against this theory. The dentist wants to put a crown on each tooth affected, which would be done at Children's Hospital under anesthesia. I want a second opinion, but since this is the second ped. dentist I have had a run-in with, I don't know where to start looking. Does anybody know of a good pediatric dentist in the salt lake city area?

Anybody have any similar experiences?

We went to a really great Ped dentist when we lived in that area. He was located in Sandy, but I cannot remember his name. We are no longer living there, so if you can look up some names maybe it will spark my memory.
Anyway, he was really great.
