Yoga with no TV?

I have really gotten stiff as I have aged and I would like to loosen up a bit. When I had a TV, I did the Namaste Yoga program on Fit TV and loved it. But now I am without a TV, so I can't watch that program and at the moment, I don't have the ability to watch DVDs on my computer either. So I guess I need some sort of downloadable yoga workout from the internet. Any ideas? I might be able to do an audio file, though I like the idea of something I can watch, since I'm a yoga newbie and don't know all the poses.

Thanks for any recommendations.

Do the Ashtanga primary series. You can use a book or a poster until you learn it.

Aha, this is just what I was hoping to find. I just did the evening routine--perfect length at 25 minutes, and now I feel great!
