Restoring an old pram

Hi! I bought a 35 yo pram this weekend. Its in pretty good shape, but the frame is a bit rusty, and one part of the canopy, the vinyl is torn. Since I am quite clueless, but can be handy when I want to, I figured I would ask all of u crafty mamas for advise! Thank you so much

Maybe a little rust remover on the bottom and some wd-40 on the wheels. I would look and see if you could remove the old cloth and replace it with a hip new fabric cover some how. Especially the inside where baby will be.
