Looking for a pattern...

I'm looking for a VERY specific pattern

I was gifted 2 skeins of the Lions brand Homespun yarn (from my mama) and I wanna make my DD a poncho!!

I would prefer NOT have a hood because she doesn't like hoods and she'll just attempt to rip it off.

So I need one that will only take 1 or 2 skeins of the Homespun yarn, that is SIMPLE because I'm a SUPER new knitter and have only mastered scarves and hair bands

My DD is 11 months old, she's not quite walking but she will be in a few weeks I'm betting She weighs 20lbs (about) and is 30 inches tall. So it'll need to be like 12 months size? There abouts??

I have size 10, 6, 2, and 13 needles (straight) and I'm dead butt broke so I'd sorta prefer NOT to have to buy more needles but I will if I have to. This isn't really a 'keep warm' type deal, I just wanna make one for her to look stinking cute.

Thanks!!!

Oh, that yarn is so hard to work with...

But, you could easily (on size 10's) knit two rectangles and sew them together one end onto the end of each side.
Here's one specifically for your yarn. You'll have to register (free) to see it.
Should be pretty quick and easy.
