Seeds?

We finally saw the allergist for our nearly 5mo old today. He didn't believe we'd get any results from SPT because of his age, but since thy worked so well for big brother, he agreed to do them. We tested Top 8 + corn. Corn, wheat, dairy and egg all came up negative (although I'm pretty sure he reacts to egg, and I'm dairy-free anyway so it wasn't too relevant). Soy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts all came up positive. We drew blood for RAST testing since the allergist was pretty convinced by our egg reaction as well.

After we left, it occurred to me that I'm pretty sure he's gotten worse since we bought some sunflower seed bread and he's never been at baseline. We do eat a fair number of seeds (hemp, flax and sunflower). So I'll eliminate soy for a couple of weeks, then I'll work on taking out seeds. Are there any hidden things to be alert for in the world of seed avoidance, things I wouldn't think about being seeds? I'm feeling pretty confident in my ability to avoid soy (at least knowledge-wise).

Only thing off the top of my head is that hummus is usually flavored w/ tahini (sesame). My DC reacts to sunflower and sesame seeds.
