A couple of little FOs....

This is my completed (well except for buttons) peapod- it went so quick once I got onto the chart reading! I used knitpicks shine sport in leapfrog.

These are my cable butt longies from buttknits- the yarn is chickie masla pf. I added the slightly cabled cuff.

Those are so cute! When adding a cable, do you need to add extra stitches to that row to make it the correct width? I thought i read somewhere that the cabled stitches don't add as much width as a regular stitch. I've been thinking of making some cabled longies with a tree cable i found for a sweater.

yeah- but it is cotton- does that even block? (OK- blocking freaks me out)

I don't know? The back was charted in the pattern- I did add in the cuff cables and those did tighten up the leg a titch- but not really any more than a ribbing would have.... I would swatch it and find out!
