Do Allerigies Contribute To B.v.?

I gave birth June 25, 2007 to my beautiful Daughter Aviana Rain
Since then I have been fighting Bacterial Vaginoses and its been more than a year and I can't shake it. Im tired of taking flagyl

I do have food, enviromental & chemical allergies. do eating certain things contribute to B.V. not going away?

any suggestions?

That sucks. Have they trated w/ anything besides Flagyl? Can you cut down on processed sugar? Is there a chance it is something bigger than B.V.? Are you avoiding your allergens? Do any foods seem to make symptoms worse or better?
