I was thinking about making a rinse with celtic sea salt for times when I had a snack but didn't have time to brush and floss. I started to wonder about putting xylitol in the rinse as well. Anyone done that? I was going to put it in a water bottle and carry it with me so I could rinse throughout the day. What do you think?
