Homeopathy, flower essences, supplements, diet and the Koren Specific technique-similar in many ways to NAET. I was just recently tested by an ND and I am no longer reacting to gluten. I'm not sure that means I'll go crazy eating it, but it does mean I dont' have to be so darned careful either. I'll take it.
In my case I had horrible reactions to gluten and no longer have them. But the testing makes it more conclusive. I don't know that I'd feel comfortable if I hadn't. I have access to many different labs and types of testing so I know that this isn't an option for everyone. It's just my experience.
I do have an actual diagnosis of celiac disease following blood testing as does dd. And this latest round shows that I don't-haven't had her tested and don't plan to anytime soon. However, for me the gene is still there so the potential is too. For that reason I am not going to be eating it on a daily basis....but every now and again as long as I feel good isn't an issue *right now.* Again, I'll take it.
