breastfed stool changes with "allergic" foods?

Sorry if TMI
Does this happen to others? My 3 month old has yellowish stools w/small lumps (like undigested parts?) and what looks to be mucous when exposed to milk & soy. When these are avoided her stool is dark yellow/orange brownish, only liquid, no lumps, no apparent mucous. Is this normal to see such a change in stools.
Background: She seems to react to milk & soy (abdominal cramping, gas, explosive (seemingly painful) bm, inconsolable crying - wanting to be held in specific positions or never finding a comfortable position, rash around anus, and the worst is the Gerd symptoms - wet burps w/ screaming, vomitting, excessive wet hiccups.

Yes, those are signs of allergy/intolerance. Often, those are the first allergy symptoms a baby has, but later, they escalate to eczema, asthma and becoming allergic to other foods. Your best bet is complete avoidance.
