NYSED statement... Spero?

I'm sorry I'm going on and on about this, but I'm a nervous wreck.

Anyone who's done this form (and Spero, I think you have?), what did you write in the statement of beliefs, that has to encompass those 3 elements?

How I'd like to be plain honest, but I know that my words can be used against me!!

I emailed Gary Krasner and he sent me a ton of info. So if any other NYers are in my situation, I'd recommend contacting him.

I just used my original vax exemption letter (submitted for one of my children before the form was mandated) for my explanation of beliefs - I simplified it & stapled it to the form.
