I just fell in love with these wrap dresses from Malphi Rustic Chic. I especially like the Verity Hope Apron dress. But $70 for the sewing kit is too much for me, so I'm going to try to alter a regular pattern.

I'm also hoping to make something along the lines of this wrap hoodie.

Anyone done anything similiar? I'd love to hear suggestions or ideas and see photos if you have any similiar looks in your projects.

There's this pattern from Vogue that's a wrap dress-you could just make the edges more rounded off?
The only thing I can say about the $70 is that it sounds like she sends you really nice fabric with it-and once you have one, you can trace it to make more for yourself.
