So I know many of you probably had trouble not peeing when baby was jumping on your bladder during pregnancy. But for some reason I never peed myself during pregnancy. Now that i'm postpartum... I seem to have lost some of my bladder control. Luckily i'm wearing cloth pads to catch my bleeding... so i'm catching the pee as well. My mom said it's cus the kegal muscles got all stretched when I had the baby. Kegal exercises should fix the problem. It still feels embarrassing though that I can't seem to hold it!
