Hey I'm a WIC breastfeeding peer counselor and we are organizing this event. Hope lots of you can come!!!

I'm putting the info from the flyer at the bottom of this post. Nursing momma's (and your families!) please plan to come to this event. We are working hard to get lots of fun door prizes for this event.



Breastfeeding Challenge 2008

Attention all Breastfeeding Mothers!!!!

Attend the Quintessence World Record Challenge 10am -noon Sat. Oct. 11th at

Wyandotte Park 1104 Beecher St. Louisville KY 40215

The Challenge is for the record for the most babies breastfeeding simultaneously at 11am local time in a set geographic area as a percentage of the birthrate.

Its THIS SATURDAY ladies!!! I'm a little sad no one has posted in this thread. I thought we would have at least a few MDC families planning to attend. . . Its gonna be fun I promise!!!

WOOOHOOO This is tomorrow morning. We just made up the goodie bags for the moms this afternoon. Door prizes include a gift basket from Heartland Music, A 4 week pass from gymboree, I used to be cool T shirt from www.iusedtobecool.com, gift certificate from A Mother's Touch, Blessingway jewelry from Jenny Cragle a GREAT doula and LLL leader, nursing stool, breastpumps, boppy pillow and lots more!!!!
