Question about sewing Fleece?

I am notally a novice at sewing! Do I need to switch my needle or presser foot to sew something that is fleece?

Not really but you should use a polyester thread, a longer stitch and a slight zig zag if your machine will do it. This helps you find the stitching if you need to rip it out (!) and also allows the thread to accommodate the slight stretch in the fleece.
