We welcomed our beautiful little boy, Rhys Athanasius, Sept 27, after a 3 and half hour labor. He was born at 5:05am, he is 6lbs 14oz, 19.5in long, 14in head (woah!).

He was born at home, but came so fast I didn't get to use the tub, that's ok, after my daughter woke up, she took a swim. So it got used.

I feel great and home birth just feels so right. We are both doing well. I love my boy.

Vegan, Oh my Goodness! Nice thing about Rhys, his head was the biggest so the rest just slid out. Wow. That must've felt very long in coming out!!

Oh, I was so far in Laborland that I hardly even remember!
