this week is pretty busy so instead of days i just planned meals based on what we have in the house/what i could get started yesterday, and we'll work them in wherever they fit.

BREAKFASTS:
-yogurt or cottage cheese with granola and/or fruit (berries, melon, pineapple)
-HB eggs, turkey bacon
-oatmeal or CofW
-smoothies
LUNCHES/SNACKS:
dinner leftovers
PB&J sandwiches
grilled cheese w/ tomato and or turkey bacon sandwiches
fruit (oranges, bananas, mangoes, plums)
veggies (celery stix, carrot stix)
nuts & raisins mix (like trailmix)
DINNERS:
-leftover spicy chicken from african takeout weekend dinner
-spaghetti
-blackbean/corn 'southwest' chilli
-chicken broccoli curry casserole w/ brown rice
