what did you all think of tonight's episode? i found the start a bit slow but by the end there were so many twists and turns the season could be interesting. i was sad that mike and susan weren't together, even with how much susan usually annoys me.

Oh WOW!!! That is all I could say! The Susan plotline just makes me want to cry. And to see WHY Brie has gone all...Brie...I understand.

And Lynette...CLASSIC!!! That was AWESOME!

I honestly thought I would hate this season after seeing how it was left last season. My interest has been renewed! Not as bad as I thought, I think I may give it a fair shot.
I am kinda glad Susan's life fell apart, I really can't stand her, lol!
Brie annoyed me for the first time ever, I usually love love love her character! I thought she was a bit ridiculous, even for Brie. She should have treated Katherine better. And what was up with her?? She was so strong last year, I am having a hard time seeing her not stick up for herself better than she did.
Lynette still rocks! Tom is still a big do-do that does the right thing in the end. Where would he be without Lynette lol!
Not sure how I feel about Gabby. I totally get letting yourself go (we all do to a point) however, it's just not in her character. As much as I hated the runnung after the car thing, it was very funny and very Gabby, lol! I guess they were able to have children after all?
It's going to be interesting to see how the Edie and new dh thing unfolds. I have afeeling it's going to be long and drawn out. :yawning:
Love the gay neighbors (I forget their names) next to Susan with the camera phone. They have been a great addition to the show!

I feel bad for danielle/bree's kid...considering he was raised as bree being his mom and now danielle and her lawyer husband are stealing him back...weird

I was really sad seeing that accident (poor mom and baby) and can't imagine dealing with that! Even though Susan is annoying, it sucks that this flashback thing is ruining her life.

What is up with Edie's husband! I'm sure we won't know until the finale! haha. I am also curious about what will happen with Gaby's story. Will she find beauty again? lol. Sounds so vain!

i loved the moment when gabby talked about how youth is the only time we have beauty (maybe i'm feeling it cuz i'm approaching 40 ) and how she was glad carlos couldnt' see her. then when he said i see your face every day and it's so beautiful .... awwwww. that was awesome.

i can't imagine that danielle could just demand her kid like that after bree had been raising it for a while ... there has to be a story behind that.

I thought it was an interesting episode but also really sad (Susan/Mike and Bree/Danielle). Even though the whole thing with Bree raising the baby was odd...I couldn't help but feel for her having what is essentially her baby (since she'd been raising him) ripped from her.

Did I hear her right during that scene that Orson was gone...but now he's back? I wonder if he submitted to her demands that he turn himself in? Maybe he spent time in jail?

I think that Edie's husband is the husband of the woman who was killed with her daughter in the car. And he's out to get Mike. Isn't someone always out to get Mike?

I am trying to figure out how the Lynette's twins got to be 16. Last season (5 years ago, right?), wasn't Kayla supposed to be the oldest and she was what, like 12 or 13? Then the oldest boy (can't remember his name), then the twins, then Penny were all younger. So I thought the twins were like 8 or 9, second or third grade. I don't remember them being 11. Do you think they will ever show Penny or the oldest Scavo boy this season?

I was glad Danielle took her baby back. That whole story line was just creepy with Bree pretending to be pregnant, etc.

Yeah the ages do not work out at all.

Remember a few seasons ago the oldest was starting kindergarten, which would have made him 5. Add in a few years and then add 5. That would make him 13 or 14 at most.

- I hope there they will show more of the story behind Danielle coming and snatching her baby back.

- I really love where Gabby's character has gone

- WTF is up with Edie's husband?

- Lastly, I just love Tom & Lynette, they are my favorite characters on the show.

I can't wait for next week's show. I'm so used to watching it on DVD, it kinda stinks to ahve to wait a week for the next show. (I crammed in the first four seasons since the end of season 4 when I started watching it!)

I thought the twins were the oldest (besides Kayla)? I seem to recall a flashback where Tom & Lynette were just moving in and she was saying how she agreed to have one baby, but got pregnant with twins. I could be wrong though

I went and checked (apparently I have a lot of time on my hands today!) and yes, the twins are the oldest. So I guess they could have been 11 last season.

Of course she could. Bree never adopted the baby, it is Danielle's child that was more or less stolen from her with Bree's threats. The baby looked to be 2 at the most. I would like to know how Bree explained the baby being gone to her friends.
