I am in the process of starting a Waldorf-inspired daycare co-op with a few other families for ds2. We all are familiar with the basics, but now the prospect of setting everything up seems a lot. Also, since the kids are young, 18m0 to 2.5 yr, we know that we will be limited in what we can do, but really want to create a positive environment for them.

We are looking for a caregiver and have posted at the local teacher-training schools and some other boards. If anyone has suggestions or is interested in learning more about the position, PM me.
