Anyone know of homeopathic remedies I can try?

I just don't think I'm coping really well right now. My baby is 2 months old, and I have 3 older children on top of that.
I get so little help from my husband, and I'm homeschooling. There are no breaks and there is so much responsibility on just me and no one to really lean on.
I cry almost every day, and just can't cope with difficult situations at all.
On the upside, we're getting stuff done every day with homeschooling, and the baby gets a lot of attention from either me or her siblings, and I'm able to sleep at night.
I explained it to dh just the other day about how I didn't see the ceiling when I just had 3 kids, and these days I see the ceiling almost every day, if that makes sense. The stress is really getting to me, and I'm not comfortable going to a Dr. or even talking to my midwife. I feel all this tightness in my chest and just can't deal with things going wrong.
I'm also breastfeeding and just looking for something I can take that does not involve a health care professional.

Off the top of my head I'd suggest "Ignatia amara". You can do a search of that remedy and see if it fits you. *hugs* I was very very depressed after DS was born and it was hard to imagine feeling "up" again. Hang in there.

I don't know of a homeopathic but I know progesterone cream was an incredible help for me, but you really need to get your hormone levels checked before you use it. I know you said you don't want to go see anyone but I thought I'd suggest it. My chiro checked my hormone levels for me and was able to suggest a good amount to start out with. Might be worth looking into. Hang in there!

I used Bach Flower Essences, which are prepared very similarly to homeopathic remedies, but are targeted for emotional symptoms. Rescue Remedy is sort of generic for anxiety. I used Crabapple for feelings of self-loathing, esp. toward one's body, and Cherry Plum for fear of losing control of oneself. They were an immense help, and in a couple weeks I looked back and couldn't believe how far gone I'd been. They are safe and I had no side effects. (though I didn't ask any hcp --I figure if it's something just about any MD would tell you has no effect whatsoever, then it ought to be safe, right?)

For my second birth, I ate the placenta. It's probably too late for you, but I just thought I'd put it out there.

i found nat mur (natrum muriaticum) helpful. i do also tend towards sinus infections/colds when i get them which is another aspect of it.
