Hey, page 2 again! Everyone must be out enjoying the wonderful fall weather, or too busy "spelunking" to post!

OneKnight I'm waiting very impatiently.... aren't you 18 dpo today???

What's everyone else up to this weekend?

The dog woke me up early today, so I'm just waiting for dh to get up and we're going to head to the farmers' market, then walk around the arts area of town for awhile and enjoy the good weather while it lasts. We have a Joe Satriani concert to go to tonight, and then I have a baby shower for a cousin tomorrow. Hopefully the weekend will be so busy I won't have time to worry about whether symptoms are real or not. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high, but I have : and everything else that tomorrow's temperature stays high!

Binkin, I stalked your chart, hope you caught that egg!

Doesn't 18DPO count as a bfp? OneKnight, when will you test?

Can I join in?

I have 2 DD's (3y and 5y).
We got a BFP this summer, but 3mths later found out it was ectopic the hard way and ended up in emergency surgery to remove tube and baby! Ever since then we found out that we really wanted a baby!

It's been 2mths since the loss, and we're ready to jump on the TTC wagon!
I haven't had AF yet, but hoping it will start soon!

I've been taking vitex, maca, RRL, and Vit. C with the help of lunaception for 2mths and not much change!

Go to the doc next friday for a consult on why I don't O very much (TTC for 8yrs and only 3 pregnancies!).
If this natural way doesn't work, will go to clomid!
I'm ready to get all my baby making days behind me!

OneKnight and Carlin- Are you trying to kill us with anticipation? Seriously! I think there should be a rule that you have to POAS by 14DPO around here...
Thanks, snow~pea. Yeah, Stacia is pretty cool, and I know I "should" interview other midwives but I do feel really comfortable with her and I think that's kinda the important part, right? I told her I'd probably call her the minute I see a 2nd line, hee! Not that there'd be anything to do, but... yeah. Anyway, yeah, I like her a lot.

I think I may start taking Vitex today. I'm trying to find out for sure if it's safe to take in the 1st trimester. I should email Stacia actually >.< but another MDC friend sent her extras to me. It's in capsule form, though, which I'd rather avoid, but it says you can take it out and make tea with it. So I might do that I guess. I am in a Frontier co-op to get the other herbs I need. Other than that, just : but I don't know. I have felt pretty good about this cycle, and I've done my own Tarot readings and whatnot that look positive, but then Cheri said end of Oct/beginning of Nov, so that kinda throws a wrench into it being this month. Not that I think stuff like that is set in stone, mind you! So I'm still hoping.

I just POAS (just woke up, I sleep all day, remember?) and BFN. Maybe I didn't O on cd12 afterall? I didn't ever notice any other cf spikes though. Grr. I wanted to wait past 14dpo because usually if I test on 14dpo I get bfn and then AF later in the same day. Guess I should take my pads to work tonight, since I always get AF after I test :

My boobies have been sore for nearly a week now, although they alternate between "chop them off!!" sore and just barely noticable. It doesn't seem like they are usually sore for this long! Sometimes right before I start AF my nipples get sore, and that hasn't happened yet.

Welcome nelsondeb & mommycrunch! I hope your stays here are short. And mommycrunch, I am so sorry for your loss. I hope your cycles will return very soon.

binkin, I am still hopeful for you, even if you aren't . If you did catch this egg, you might not get a bfp til cd16 or 17, not exactly the "end of october" but still the second half of the month anyway. That could work with your Cheri prediction.

oneKnight, sorry you got a bfn. As they say though, it ain't over til that hag shows up. I will keep my : for you.

binkin-from what i've read and heard, vitex is ok in the first trimester. It can actually help your progestrone production which can help substain a pregnancy! I'm not pg yet, but will continue taking it when I do get pg, unless I use meds to help concieve, which I'll discontinue vitex then. good luck!

oneknight-Sore boobs can be a result of progesterone which can be from O'ing and the increase of progesterone, or from the increase of progesterone due to pregnancy! Sore boobs is a hard pg sign for a lot of people who experience sore boobs before AF.

SO is always on the fence as to when we can TTC. We never try, but just play it out and leave it up to God. I only have one tube so my chances are a bit lower now, and want to have a few more kiddo's before I'm 30yrs.
I'm going to have a talk with him tonight. He's downstairs changing the tire on his beloved truck that he won't junk yet! Although, I don't like talking becasue he always responds "God will grant us children and repay us for the pain we already went through!"....

I wasn't at work an hour before I got AF. It was terrible too, I threw up.
I'm about ready to give up on TTC right now.
Blah. I totally am off taking my temp. I was on AF so I Just took a break and now I can't seem to remember to do it. Plus I can't find a battery for my thermometer so I bought a new one and it doesn't work. GRRR!
