I'm trying to make this for Halloween:

It's a pink wiggle dress with a mandarin collar (and accessorized with a pillbox hat, gold earings, white gloves, and knee high - high heel white boots, but those are easily dealt with). Does anyone know where I could find a pattern like this or something similar? Any ideas would be welcomed and greatly appreciated! Thanks!
