On Sept 23rd I gave birth to my first child, Giovanna Nicole. L&D was quite strenuous for me (43 hrs mild home labor, 14 hrs at hospital + 3 hrs of pushing before a C-section b/c I couldn't get her out...too big) She was 8lbs 15 oz and 20 in! Despite the c-section and stinky recovery that comes with it I am feeling quite blessed. Our babe is an angel! She is so content and hardly cries, sleeps and nurses well and is healthy as can be!
BTW-watching my husband take care of and admire our daughter just warms my heart...and is also quite sexy!!!
