Definitely itchy!!!! I have REALLY sensitive skin so that was pretty close to torture. Haha! I honestly think it was those shots that have irritated my navel piercing. Thank goodness the pics turned out as good as they did!

Those are truely amazing. She is so talanted and your just so pretty Those are honestly some of the best maternity shots i've ever seen. if i had seen more like that I might have considered having some done.

My god, you have stunning eyes. The nudey one is my fave too, I am having my pics done on the 11th, i hope they turn out 1/2 as good as yours.

Gorgeous! I love the outdoor setting, the light is just wonderful, and you look amazing!

For anyone who hasn't had portraits done yet and is considering it, go for it! My biggest regret from my first pregnancy is that I hated my pregnant body so much that there are virtually no pictures of me during that time. This time I've been taking lots of pictures, and I'm glad I did. And if you do a portrait session, I highly recommend trying some nude shots, too - as you can see in these pictures, the nude ones are often just stunning. I actually got my portraits done for free by a local photographer who was looking for a pregnant woman who was willing to pose nude in exchange for free pictures (he wanted to expand his portfolio and had some very specific posing ideas he wanted to try), and although we did a bunch of clothed shots, the naked ones are my favourites (you can't see any of the naughty bits, of course, I'm either covered via the pose or my hands). The pictures really made me see that my pregnant body is beautiful, and I've actually felt a lot better about myself since I got the pictures done!

OMG - those are some of the best maternity photos that I've ever seen. You are beautiful and your friend is highly, highly talented. I adore the shadow shots and the black and white shot with barbed wire. How original and priceless.

Wow Tara! If I were you...I'd be making some great $$$ off those as a pregnant mama or something! You always look fantastic but-wow! You know how some men say that women completely lose themselves physically during pregnancy...there is NO way you'll ever get that complaint!

You all are SO sweet!!! Of course when I look at them I see what I used to look like and complain about what weight I've gained in my face and arms but you all see me in a totally different light. It's refreshing and absolutely lifting my self esteem! Thanks!

AmamaAgain, As far as making money as a pg woman, I'm only 5'.....a bit off from model standards! It's funny you mention women that let themselves go simply because they're pg. It's one of my pet peeves and I swore I wouldn't do it. First and foremost I'm a woman and a wife and I want to be seen that way.

Thanks for the compliments on my eyes everyone.....a lot of that is in the makeup .

I am trying to catch up on the forum. I think those pictures are beautiful! Great Job! You look so radiant and beautiful in them. Congratulations on some awesome pictures!
