holes in adult teeth due to hyperemesis...

Ive discovered several holes in several teeth. I recently went through my 4th pregnancy where i had BAD hyperemesis and im sure the holes are from the constant washing of stomach acids on my teeth.

unfortunately i cannot afford to go to the dentist before we get insured, and there is no free clinic for dental in our area.

what is the best plan of action until i can get to a dentist?

I had the same problem for the same reason.
If you look at the sticky Curing Cavities with Nutrition thread it has a lot of great info. I included the foods it says too and my teeth are healing. :
Raw milk, Pasture butter or butter oil, and Cod Liver Oil. I don't even follow it as strictly as some people just include them in my diet and its working.

I also had receding gums from the hypermesis and rinsing with a few drops of tea tree oil and 1/2C of water fixed my gums in less than a week! I just figured this out.
