October's 1000 min challenge

I will make my goal this month. Last month i did 900/1000. Goal this month is 1200.

10/1- 20 min the shred, day #2 and 30 min elliptical

Total - 50/1200

My goal is to actually finish the challenge! Had a good start today!
10/1 80 min Walk/run/weights.

I want to join the challenge again this month (this challenge is a great idea). I plan to set a lower goal this month as a significant portion of the month is holidays and I can't work out for most of the month. I'm thinking about maybe 500 minutes but I will have to look at the calender agian and see for sure what goal I want to set that will be realistic.

My goal for October is 2555 minutes and I will achieve it!

10/1 -
55 min purposeful walking
5 min pushups (we attempted to start week 6 the day after doing the exhaustion test from week 5...um, yeah, not a bright idea...LOL)

yay! it's so helpful to post here and be accountable. my goal is 1000 mins. It will be harder than my half-month in September since the weather's getting worse and I now have a ticket for unlimited public transport use but I WILL make it.

I'm back for another try. Completely blew September due to illness. Now trying to get back into shape (amazing how fast your muscles and endurance disappear when you are sick!). My goal is 1000 minutes in October.

Great idea! Let me try it out. I have no idea if 1000 minutes is realistic for me or not, but here goes!

So far in October I have done 40 min. aerobics.
