Can I join in at a prorated share? If it is supposed to be 1000 minutes this month that equals out to 32.25 minutes a day. With seven days left in the month that would be 226 minutes. Is that okay with everyone? I promise to do the whole 1000 or more next month!

Thanks!

My goal since September 1 is to exercise every single day. It sure adds up and it kind of snowballs. It has become easier and easier to just make it a habit. : Keep in mind, too, that I "automatically" get 45 minutes of purposeful walking every school day simply by choosing to walk DD to/from school. The morning walk (school starts @ 7:35 am!) is particularly instrumental in putting me in the "exercise" frame of mind for the whole day.

I know what you mean. Every morning, or even the night before, I figure out how and when I will get my workout in. Most Sundays, I have to "tell" myself that I need to take a day off. It still takes the same amount of time to exercise, but once you think of it as "just something that you do".. like showering or brushing your teeth, it is amazing how it adds up.

Anyway, nice job. I do think that our bodies are naturally made to move every day, and it's nice to honor our bodies with exercising even though our lifestyles may no longer require it!
