10/6 - 20 min the shred w/o #2, day 1 -- so freakin hard, i am out of shape !
10/6 - 45 min elliptical
10/7 + 8 - nada
10/9- 45 min elliptical, and 30 min strength
10/10 - 30 min elliptical, 40 min pilates
10/11 - 100 min heavy cleaning/ running up and down stairs paired with various strength type moves
10/12 - 45 min elliptical
10/13 - 45 min elliptical
10/16 - 35 min elliptical, 50 min hilly walk
10/17 - 45 min elliptical
10/18 - 30 min elliptical, 20 min the shred
10/19 - 35 min elliptical - wanted to do more, but i am exhausted today...
10/20+21 - nada
10/22 - 45 min elliptical, 15 min strength
10/23- 20 min elliptical *so far, planning on more tonight
10/24 - nada - The new medication i'm taking is making me sick, i hope i'll be able to pick it up after a few days.
