Having this thread is so great! It really makes me think about how I'm spending the day, and whether I'm getting some moving in there or not.
Today we took dd1 to her first gymnastics class. While we were waiting around, I suddenly realized I had the opportunity to go for a walk! So I left the baby with dh and they watched dd1 through the glass. I went on a walk for 20 mins. It was so good!

Also did aerobics for 20 min today. Could have gone longer but I was needed.
ETA - oh yeah, I also did stretching at the car while baby slept and dh shopped for groceries. (5 minutes)
