10/1- 20 min the shred, w/0#1, day 2 and 30 min elliptical
10/4 - 35 min walk/run
10/6 - 20 min the shred w/o #2, day 1 -- so freakin hard, i am out of shape !
10/6 - 45 min elliptical
10/7 + 8 - nada
10/9- 45 min elliptical, and 30 min strength
10/10 - 30 min elliptical, 40 min pilates
10/11 - 100 min heavy cleaning/ running up and down stairs paired with various strength type moves
10/12 - 45 min elliptical
10/13 - 45 min elliptical
10/16 - 35 min elliptical, 50 min hilly walk
10/17 - 45 min elliptical
10/18 - 30 min elliptical, 20 min the shred
10/19 - 35 min elliptical - wanted to do more, but i am exhausted today...
10/20+21 - nada
10/22 - 45 min elliptical, 15 min strength
10/23- 20 min elliptical *so far, planning on more tonight
10/24 - nada - The new medication i'm taking is making me sick, i hope i'll be able to pick it up after a few days.
10/25 - 60 min walking
10/26+27 - nada
10/28 - 75 min elliptical
10/29 - 40 min hilly walk
10/30 - 100 min walking
10/31 - 100 min walking

total- 1155/1200

So close. Oh well, this is the first month i've made it over 1000 so i'm happy. I'll see ya all next month.

Well, I used my stopwatch and we walked for two and one-half hours tonight. WHOA!!!! Some of that time was purposeful walking (50 min) and some was what I call 'errand' walking (100 min). Either way, it was a LOT of walking and my body is rather sore now! LOL (DH walked DD to/from school today.) I tend to count 'errand walking' at 1/4 the time, so that makes my total for today 75 min...
