What if AF doesn't return before ttc again?

Hello Mamas!

I am wanting to start charting my cycles in hopes of becoming pregnant! :

However, AF has not returned and I am breastfeeding my 13 month old little girl....

What can I do??? I am starting to see some changes in my cm during the month... but not enough to be REAL sure....

I'd just go through the trying process but try to not get too excited. It will likely happen at some point. Ultimately, there isn't much else you can do. BF your DD is the priority. If your body is ready, it will happen

That's tricky to do, but I know some people who have done it. When you see CM, go for it!

I didn't get my PP cycle back with my first DS till 21 mo PP. I am hoping this time it comes back earlier, I would love to be able to get get pregnant and have them closer this time. This one is a diffrent nurser not as much of a comfort nurser so maybe. good luck

Jen... I am feeling the same way!! However, my dd is soooo much more of a comfort nurser than what my son was... so I am nursing sooo much more!

DS is huge comfort nurser, but I still had my cycle return around 15 months. But I don't think I really ovulated until around 18 months (just judging from symptoms like acne, sex drive, CM, etc). I bet yours will start soon, too. I have heard of women getting pregnant before their first AF too. Good luck!
