You have to click on the "View my product" button. Or maybe it says "View my Report"

But there's a blue button you have to click.

Mine's up 50 points since I refi'd my car 20 months ago.

There was no button at all to click on after it gave me my reference/order number. I had to just X out of the box finally because there was no where else to go? Maybe it's not firefox friendly...
