Playgroups in Omaha??

We just moved here from Lincoln and wondered if there were any bfing, babywearing, or AP playgroups?? I don't know anyone here but my SIL. We went to the bfing groups at MilkWorks in Lincoln. Just want to find some like minded Mamas .

I live close to Omaha on a farm south of there, I would LOVE to get together! I have a two year old and one year old (both girls!) and would love for someone to hang with. Right now is harvest season so we are busy, but there is always time for "mommy" time with the kids! PM me if you want!

YES! Check out wearone.proboards84.com - its our babywearing/natural family living group. We get together pretty much spontaneously, whenever someone wants to organize something! Hope you will join us!

Playgroups

I go once a week to a playgroup of younger moms in their 20's. We all have 13-17 month old children and one of the group just had her second child earlier this week. We also all are current or former nannies. We love to meet new moms so if anyone is interested just let me know

Playgroup

I could also mention that our playgroup is mommies very dedicated to their children, we all breastfed for at least some of our babies first year if not all of it, and I personally feed my daughter mostly organic food though the others do not. We are a group of wonderful moms though not specifically a breast feeding or earthly playgroup

Please spam me if it is ok to join in any playdates! I have a 4 yo and an almost 2 yo, I live in Bellevue but can drive to Omaha.

Hey Meagan, welcome to Omaha! Are you not going to be going to Milkworks anymore, if you ever want a ride and I'm going up on Sunday, feel free to tag along. It's a lonely drive, I never seem to make it anymore though. You should come to LLL sometime, we meet at 7pm on the 3rd Tues of each month. PM your e-mail addy if you want the e-mail for it for this month. We have a lot of fun and I know one of the moms was having a playgroup thing every once in a while at her house. We're always up for a park visit too, if you tell me where you are I might be able to reccomend some close, nice parks, there's lots to choose from.
