Another SAM-e question...

I know there are no studies, but have any mamas here taken it with no problems with baby? I can't do a search because 'SAM-e' comes up as 'same' which is not helpful. Anyway, I took it for a few days and it SEEMED to make my babe fussy, but she's fussy anyway, so I really couldn't tell. I am still taking placenta and efa's and b vit.'s but I need something more. Any personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

I did take Sam-E while nursing DS, and I didn't notice any more fussiness than normal. It did cause some strange nightime fantasies though, so I stopped taking it after a while. I am trying omega three supplementation now.

Thanks for replying, I have started taking the sam- e again.
Yes, EFA's make all the difference, i stopped taking mine and all hell has broken loose since then and it wasn't until I wrote this that i made that connection. Thanks for that epiphany, too.
