Parents mag at it again

Thread Starter
Dr.'s are still getting it wrong. But, then, I've yet to get a pleasant surprise. In the December issue of Parents in the Doctor on Call section a woman writes in asking how her 6 year old son should clean his intact penis.
The dr. says that her son needs to wash with soap because the smegma, which she claims should be yellow can cause an infection if left to build up.
I don't know, but, the last time I checked you should never wash with soap and smegma does not cause infection, nor is it yellow. She also says that if your sons foreskin is not fully retracted by puberty to get surgery on it to break the adhesions. She said a few more irritating things, but, I think those were the biggies that really got to me.
If anybody would like to help me correct this ding-dong(her name is Laura Nathanson) here is the website.

Megan, you should have a medical degree because you got it all right and she got it all wrong. Why is she making $300K a year and you aren't?

How nice. I don't think that doctor's ever SEEN an intact penis longer than the few seconds or so while she's swabbing it up with betadine.... :

Frank, if she gets $300,000 a year for knowing that, what do I get?!?!? I wan't residuals!!! :
