This

Apparently (after me saying I wanted to wait bc we're about to have a new baby) hubby decided to go ahead and add yet ANOTHER new addition to our family. *sighs*

I’m trying sooo hard to be angry and the hubs knows I’m aggravated bc I said I wanted to wait, but damnit! Why does she have to be so cute? CRAP!

Now I gotta find a name for her.

Another pic

And another

And her sleeping

Awww one look at her face and you can't help but to melt! I would LOVE a little added family member like that right about now.

How precious!!! I miss my kitties being that tiny (they're almost 2 and 4 yo)! Thank goodness my Mom got a 6wk old kitten a few weeks ago that satisfies my need.

LOL! She is cute. (your ds is, too) But I'd be mad, too. Maybe not the best timing, but I bet your ds is thrilled. Good luck with names. I still need one for my baby!

Yeah I miss my older ones being babies too. I think that's what got my husband started on the whole "Let's get a new kitten!" thing. I have 3 older cats (1 is 3, the others are 2) and now I'm just waiting to se ehow they react to her. Joy!!

Lol thanks. Yeah I was just mildly arguing with my husband over this telling him "Why did you have to get one now? I said to wait!" He was like "FINE! We'll get rid of her!" And then I was like "No! You already brought her home and Christopher (ds) will be sad if you take her away now!" So yeah. A little tension between us right now over this, but I guess I'll adjust to her and the new baby when she arrives. He's changing all of the litter though and making sure she's properly litter box trained, lol.

Wow, cute, but I would be frustrated. My sister's husband brought home a puppy when their baby was a month old. My mom now has the puppy because my sis goes on and off feeling like she wants to kill it. I don't blame her, she doesn't need more responsibility right now. Luckily cats are easier than dogs.

Oh what a cutie pie! I love cats but I would be furious if DH brought home another pet right now. We just found homes for the five kittens that we had and I am sooooo enjoying the kitten free life. We just have one cat right now who is scheduled for surgery next week so we don't have anymore little kittens.

I hope your new addition fits seamlessly into your household! :

If my DH did that I'd be :

Yeah, but that first picture, with your DS? : I'm guessing you're stuck with kitty, like it or not!

Ok, I would pretend to be mad too.....but there is NO way I would ever be able to resist that adorable, precious little face. She is toooooo cute!

That's so funny. My DH has been asking to get another one-- as if the one we got in April isn't enough? He's just needing something of his own, I think, but since he's never home, the little kitty has never bonded with him. He'll have enough bonding to do in a few weeks.

She is sooooo cute, though. I hope she'll be a good kitty for you.

Oh, she's adorable. And at least she's a cat, not a dog like I was thinking before clicking on the link. A dog would be WAY more work. lol

I know how you feel, though. I'm still fairly annoyed that I let DP talk me into getting DD a cat for her birthday in May. He's so much more work than the one cat we had before and he eats twice as much! On one hand awwww, cute little kitty. On the other it's a huge PITA.

Awwwww! how adorable! I have a funny/sad kitten story. My sister's cat got pregnant this summer at only 6 months old. Last weekend she got bitten by a snake and died - leaving my sister with 4 2-week old kittens. My sister has had to "nurse" them by bottle every four hours around the clock (all night long) and "lick" their botttoms with a warm, wet cloth to make them poop and pee. She has bags under her eyes and keeps falling asleep at work and having to go home through the day to tend to them! Now she says she has no pity for my upcoming newborn days since she is having to deal with 4 of them meowing all day

If he had brought home a puppy he would be dead, lol. Well, okay maybe not. But he would get the most horrible butt-kicking ever and then have to explain to his son why the puppy was only here for a visit and that it was HIS fault and not Mommy's, lol. Yeah, no way would a puppy have flown. I wouldn't have the time to potty train and properly teach a puppy with a newborn. THANK GOD IT WAS A CAT!!!! :

I'm getting used to it. She's a very sweet kitten. She was really skittish at 1st, but she's getting used to everyone and her new home. Very mild mannered and doesn't need TOO much attention... and if she did my son wouyld solve that for me, lol. One of my 3 older cats does NOT like her though so that's gonna be fun to make sure he doesn't hurt her.

I GUESS I like her... okay, I do . Now we just gotta figure out a name. I'm in the middle of trying to convince hubby to let me name her Colby. But he says it's not a girl name. I'm wearing him down though so we'll see, lol.
