Middle name suggestions please..

We have finally decided on Charlotte for the first name for our LO. We are struggling to come up with a middle name. our last names is one syllable so it seems to sound best with at least a two syllable middle name.

Anyone have a Charlotte or know of a Charlotte that you could share the middle name? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are in the home stretch and I would really like to have the name chosen before she makes her arrival.

Thanks!

The first thing that comes to my mind is Lucille. But that is becuase of your name and not the baby's. My mom is Stephanie and that is her middle name...

Thanks ladies! We would like to use a name with at least two syllables.

I did have Charlotte Elizabeth and Charlotte Sophia on my list so it's nice to hear that someone else thinks they go well together too!

I personally think those are gorgeous names. I love the name Charlotte, but we already have a Charles, so we've ruled it out if our baby is a girl.

I'll suggest my DH's standard girl middle name. Charlotte Jade. He claims Jade goes with all girl's names. I disagree, but it does seem to sound good with a lot of girl names, well English language ones anyway.

First thing I thought of was 'Grace'. NO idea why. sounds pretty though.

Thank you for the suggestions!! I really appreciate them! My first choice was Charlotte Grace, but it doesn't really flow with our last name so we have pretty much ruled it out. All of the other kiddos have two syllable middle names and those seem to really flow with our one syllable last name.

Why does choosing the "perfect" name have to be so difficult!

I love the name Charlotte!
For me since its French, I prefer a French middle name.
Nautical had some good ones up there.
Amelie, Beatrice, Mireille are nice too.

I really like Elizabeth as a middle name (esp. with a one syllable last name). Oh, Orchide Z I love Mireille too!

I have a bias too b/c one of DH's coworkers named her daughter Charlotte Elizabeth last week, and it's just one of those names that seems perfect, you know?

Thank you so much for all of the suggestions! You have certainly given us some new choices to think about! I think I'm leaning towards Charlotte Elizabeth right now, but I really like some of the other suggestions as well.
