I am drinking one cup a day, hot, with foamed soy. There is RRL in my Poly Jean formula, which I am upping each week, so I feel like I'm probably getting enough. Plus, there's blue cohosh in the capsules, so with 9 a day, I think I don't really need any more RRL right now.
I found that when I made a bunch (drink pitcher full of iced tea) I'd drink fewer fluids in a day and not want to drink b/c of the tannic feel of tea. I figure I'm just fine with water.
