Need Homebirth Midwives, Any numbers or emails?

A friend of mine is due to give birth soon, and she is interested in homebirth. As most of you know, homebirth is so discouraged here, its very hard even to find the names of homebirth midwives in our area.

We are Chateauroux, but any midwive contacts as far as Paris, Tours, etc, would be great. Websites, email addresses, fone numers, anything?
