Hello. My husband is taking our son with him to a conference in Amsterdam in a couple weeks. The university found a student (she has references who we've heard from so we feel okay about using her) who is willing to watch our son while DH goes to the conference. She didn't state what she charges and of course, he has no idea what to offer.
What is an average hourly or daily rate for child care? DS is 8.5 years old and a pretty easy going kid. This would just be during the day.
