find themselves going out in public just to watch people's reaction when you tell them you're ___ days past your due date?
I just love seeing the looks on their faces - like they think I'm crazy for being out in public or that I'm going to drop the baby right there in their establishment.
I actually had an employee at Dollar Tree ask me when my inducement date is because I was due "yesterday." She seemed shocked when I told her I didn't have one and that I like to wait for babies to come when they're ready. She then proceeded to tell me about her awful induction and how the baby was obviously not ready to come.
She was sure she didn't want to do that again. I told her on my way out that I see a midwife and it makes all the difference in the world!

). I went out with DD on my EDD with DS and this guy at the mall was shocked I was out and about. What are we supposed to do, sit around waiting for labor to start?
