This a.m. my temp went down for the 3rd consecutive day, about 1/10 per day. It's still above coverline, but the lowest since my BFP (I'm now about 23 dpo). My beta @ 20 dpo was 3480, but progesterone wasn't checked. Today my boobs/nipples are not longer sore and tender, so I'm starting to freak out. Part of me wants to temp again tomorrow morning to see if it goes back up. But if it goes down again, what can I do about it? My gyno will lecture me if I call up to say I'm temping and worried. I don't know what to do.

I think I have heard that temps can go up and down during pregnancy. Have you googled it? It could be nothing. Going in for another beta might give you a better idea of what is going on? I will keep you in my thoughts.
I wish there were more definitive answers for you. Perhaps you can put this into the generic "Pregnancy" section and see if anyone had a similar thing happened. I think most people just do not know because they stop temping after a bfp.
