Easy Toddler Long John PJ pattern

I'd like to make my 2 yo some flannel pj's for halloween/winter. Can anyone give me some leads? I'm o.k. at sewing (made sweats for his costume last year, shorts, other random projects...).

have you tried your local crafts stores? I went into Hobby Lobby last week and all McCall's patterns were on sale for $1. Our fabric store that I can't remember the name of, but know it's a national chain, has pattern sales at least twice a month.

I have not officially sewn one yet, but I hear that the kwik sew patterns are a little 'easier' than the big 3s. I think all of their patterns are listed at www.kwiksew.com. I am considering their footie pjs for my dds.
