Help, 6wk postpartum checkup made me start bleeding again

Hi,
I am 6 weeks postpartum and my bleeding had stopped right at 5 weeks. I had my 6 week checkup this morning with an internal exam and pap. I just realized I'm bleeding again! It's not heavy or anything but it's bright red. My bleeding before was pretty much bright red the whole time and then stopped fairly quickly with very little pink or lighter discharge. Is that weird to start bleeding again after it had stopped for a week? I'm sure it's related to the exam this morning, but is this something I need to call the dr about? Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't know what is normal for you, but for me, I always spot the day I have a pap, sometimes for a full 12 hours after. I just have a very prone to bleeding cervix. Maybe it's just from the pap? As long as it clears up soon, I bet it's no big deal.
