Can a severe vaccine reaction look like child abuse?

Meaning.... can a child have such severe reaction to vaccinations that it causes the same injuries as shaken baby syndrome. -brain bleeds, bruising, peticial hemoraging? I have heard this before... but I would like evidence to back it up.
Are there any cases where parents have taken their children to the ER and have the autorities suspect child abuse?

When I had to go through my CPS investigation courses I know this was mentioned but I have no idea where my course notes or books are. I know this is a question that we ask(recent vaccinations) when a child goes to the ER with questionable injuries.

Alan Yurko was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole & imprisoned for several years, accused of SBS and the murder of his infant son. He and his wife maintained that the baby was the victim of vaccine-induced (DTaP) encephalitis.

His wife was victimized by the system as well. She refused to testify against her husband and CPS took their daughter away, then she was arrested and charged with first degree murder as well. While they were both in custody, their four-year old daughter was physically and sexually abused.

Eventually, the charges against her were dropped, but Alan was convicted of first degree murder & rec'd a life sentence. He was released in March 2005.

Wow!!!! That is horrible that this happened to this family! Darned if you do Darned if you don't... Their lives were taken away for doing what the gov. promotes? Sick! or should I say years of time taken, robbed of the life they deserved to live!

Look into infantile scurvy and it's relationship to vaccination. It's very interesting. Vaccines are a horrendous assault to a baby's body. Just think about it. If vaccines can admittedly cause paralysis and death, then what is the potential spectrum of problems like?

Alan Yurko's case is a terrible one. Unfortunately, he wasn't/isn't the only parent sent to rot in prison for the damage vaccination did. Social workers and CPS workers believing it is their role to save children often cause terrible damage to families. I've seen this more times than anyone can imagine since I worked alongside those within this field for 15 years. Anytime you have the guns on your side, abuse of power comes too easily.

My daughter had seizures less than 24 hours after the vaccinations, and then an intercranial bleed in her Basal Ganglia 3 weeks after vaccinations.

They ran every test known to man... MRI's, BLOOD TESTS, XRAYS to rule out SBS... She had no signs of abuse AT ALL, no blood clotting or bleeding disorders, no nothing! They put in her charts (UNKNOWN) and told me to vaccinate her at 4 months! I DID NOT...... instead I hired a lawyer.

My daughter just turned 3 last weekend, has 98% healed from her injuries, she is diagnosed with Epilepsy, which we are trying to treat with medicine. So far ok.... seizures here and there.... but not daily!!!

Anyways... having to watch them test my child for SBS was HORRIFYING! I felt embarrased... not because they may have thought I had done something, but I had thought if they found something, I MIGHT have to go kill the daycare woman! And I felt guilty for putting her in daycare for ONE whole day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I quit my job after 1 day, and took her out... She has stayed home with me since!

Children are many times more likely to be sexually and physically abused in foster care, not to mention all the brain altering drugs they are put on. The whole thing is completely out of whack. This is why the average CPS worker lasts about 9 months.

Of course no one within the vaccine movement will take any responsibility for what happened to this little girl. They will probably fall back on the risk-benefit fantasy, or "there is no proof this is related," blah, blah, blah. So the father was thrown in prison after his baby was killed by vaccines, and then the mom was threatened with murder charges and the little girl was sexually abused. It happens. We saved 6 gazillion children last year who would have definitely died from disease if not for vaccines.

Yes. I had this happen to me after my daughter's reaction, post-DTaP. The hospital accused me outright, even after having the neuro tell them it was from the vaccines. They told me it wasn't possible.

The difference I noticed was the petichae (sp?) in the eyes. Doesn't typically happen from the vaccines, from what I have read but authorities often disregard that fact.

I recall reading about a similar case in Great Britain - I believe it was the mother who was arrested and possibly convicted, later exonerated and freed.

There's used to be a very active Yahoo support group for parents and others FALSELY accused of SBS. Almost all were easily documented to have actually been vaccine reactions. Here is a letter from the founder of the Yahoo group, but the group may have been disbanded (for legal reasons? dunno?)

To answer your question...."Yes!"

I was accused of shaking my premature infant daughter while I was serving in the US Air Force in March of 2005. At the time I didn't know anything about SBS or the child court system. MY wife found something on the net written by Dr. Harold Buttram, and also Doctors Archie Kalokerinos, Mike Innis, Jennian Geddes, John Plunkett, Patrick Lantz, Viera Schiebner, Edward Yazbak, Ronald Uscinksi (Sp?) and Mark Donohoe, to name a few. Google those names and see what comes up.

At first, I thought a SBS/Vaccination connection was a far fetched idea. Weren't vaccines just like vitamins and medicine or something? Boy was I wrong! This article, by itself, turned the tide for me. (http://www.freeyurko.bizland.com/storyofbabyalan.html) I actually contacted most of these doctors myself and have pro bono medical reviews done on my case because I was facing military court martial.

As you can see it is well written and has plenty of medical references. Once I found this I went on a research spree about SBS that continues to this day. I belong to the Yahoo Support group of people falsely accused of SBS, and we grow by the day! I try to help the joiners as much as possible. I have eight 3" binder chalk full of medical articles, legal articles, news reports, medical reports, biomechanical studeis, etc. We at the Yahoo Group trade them like baseball cards.

Luckily for me, my wife stood by my side through this ordeal and the military dropped its investigation. I was able to get my daughter back once I got a social worker who was willing to LISTEN.

My daughter has a case pending in the special federal court called the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

First of all, welcome Ncheathen. Thank you very much for your input. I was awakened to the SBS/vaccination link in 2000 when I had dinner with an attorney who was in the middle of a SBS defense case. He was flying to England. I had no idea, but when you think about it, it makes all the sense in the world. Vaccines completely assault a tiny baby's immune functioning. The body sends all of its resources to fight off the onslaught and therefore significantly depletes the tiny body. Anything can happen at that point. If vaccines can kill a perfectly healthy baby, then they can certainly cause some tiny rib fractures.

So many people still think like this, but we are making headway. When I first began talking to people about vaccines 10+ years ago, no one had heard of any negative stuff. Now, I hear casual conversation about vaccine dangers.

I know how hard it can be to get a social worker/CPS worker to listen. You are automatically guilty in their eyes until proven innocent. Thank goodness you are not rotting in jail like so many innocent parents, and thank GOD your daughter is still alive.

Help they took my kids

my 2month old was just vaccinated and then a week later was taken to the ER due to siezures and he stopped breathing my kids were taken and my family were told that our baby was dead /going to die we are now falsely being accused of shaking baby and no other tst were run on our son our kids are now in foster care im going nuts my life is my kids and we would never harm them but in this case we are guilty no matter what and they refuse to do further testing it's thanksgiving and i am with out my most precious gifts please help us .

just wanted to say that the Vit. C disruption may not be "due to" a low vit c intake via formula or BF mom's part...the need for Vit. C after vaccination is so great that a normal diet cannot possibly cover it imo.

However serious Vit. C supplementation (sodium ascorbate dissolved, by mouth or IV ) would help a lot of these babies recover, or if given beforehand maybe prevent some/all the symptoms, dunno.
